International and domestic shipping is via UPS Ground. If you prefer another carrier or need expedited shipping, please contact us.

All returns must be authorized by Definite Network Solutions within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. We will replace any product that is deemed defective within thirty (30) days of purchase. After thirty (30) days, notwithstanding, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.

All non-defective returns authorized by Definite Network Solutions are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be returned within thirty (30) days from date of invoice. This fee will appear on your credit card as a separate charge and your returned item(s) will be credited in full when they are returned to us in satisfactory condition.

All returns and exchanges authorized by Definite Network Solutions must be returned to Definite Network Solutions within fourteen (14) days of return authorization.
